Off to teach again, week 2
Again, off to teach in a few minutes. Week two... week one went well, but now I have to do more teacherly things. I'm also being sort of mean and starting off with a "pop quiz" of essentially unanswerable stumpers... which, weirdly enough, ties in directly with my lesson plan for the day, which is to talk about how you need to analyze a question/problem before you begin solving it. After testing the quiz on my co-workers, though, I realize that I'm going to have to stress, at the beginning, that I'm not grading it... or else some of the students might freak out. Sheesh.
